Bush

The tubs seem a great idea, but I always thought that the fleece needed to breathe?

I would presume the fleece would have to be washed and dries thoroughly before storage.

However, if the fleece keeps fine in tubs, what about using vacuum bags, the type you pack blankets away in to reduce the bulk?

You get them in all sizes , and one advantage would be that you can see what's in there. This would surely reduce the bulk to manageable size . Slip a piece of fleece into a plastic zip bag along with all the details, breed, date, origin etc, and attach to the outside. It all sounds simple, but would it work? Would the fleece be usable after storing this way?

Does anyone know the answer, has anyone tried it?

I think I may have to ........I already have more fleeces than I can hope to spin in the near future.
