| Fiber Forum will be held at The Arrowmont School of Art and Craft in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, on April 4-7, 3013. |
Weavers, spinners, felters, and more will meet for the Southeast Fiber Forum in
Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the first weekend of April. While the 2013 conference host,
Piedmont Fiber Guild, is based in
North Carolina, the guilds and individuals that participate in the Southeast
Fiber Forum Association are located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and
Virginia. With thirteen different fiber arts instructors, including keynote speaker Jason
Collingwood, the hardest part for participants will be in choosing only one two and a half day workshop! Learn more about member guilds and instructors on the conference blog, Facebook

The Arrowmont School of
Arts and Crafts celebrated its 100th year as a place of education in 2012.
Since the school began offering summer workshops in 1945, Arrowmont has drawn students
and artists from around the country. The school has a fourteen-acre residential
campus in the Great Smoky Mountains that includes five galleries and The Artist Outfitters
Store.
