Have you started packing your bags and getting your wheel ready to ship? We've updated the SOAR site with shipping information, and here it is again:

Make sure you label your boxes well--we get a lot of boxes!
Sorting through the boxes at SOAR is the stuff of legends--tales we'll be telling our grandchildren.

SHIPPING
If you are coming by air, you may want to ship your wheel and equipment ahead to make your air travel easier. Lake Lawn Resort will receive and store your boxes prior to the conference. Please ship your items to arrive between October 21^st and your arrival at SOAR. Due to the high volume of guests that receive packages, it is very important to label all shipments properly. Shipments not labeled correctly may be refused or returned by the shipping company. Lake Lawn Resort does not take responsibility for returned/refused items. Please label your boxes with the following information:

At the conclusion of SOAR, you are responsible for packing up any leftovers and preparing them for return shipment. Remember to save your boxes for re-shipping and please bring packing tape and shipping labels for your boxes, as well.
