the whole family thanks Lina Ligon for learning us a new word 'indumentum'. if you want to do more research maybe this two links may be of some help :

I thought that was so interesting!! I love learning about different materials to spin & weave with but never even thought about anything like that. Women in other countries sometimes use materials out of neccesity I guess & they do it so beautifully. I love Spin-off so much for all the info it gives. Never would have thought about a material like that.
