Oh how I hate to rip, but in this case, coming from a brand new spinner, I would have to say rip it out and start over. You have worked hard and you deserve this sweater. Look at it this way for a 5'2" 130# person the sweater is on the smaller side so it shouldnt take too long to knit back up...
