From this page, click the "Download" button the right hand side - it won't take you to the pattern if you follow the links from the title, then it will ask you to sign in. I got it to work...Hope this helps.

Sign in, click on the download and you'll get the entry specs.  Click on download again and you'll get the cap pattern :)

The first time I selected the green download arrow and it downloaded the guilelines file only.  I selected it again after logging in and then the pattern was downloaded.

I found the sign in process cumbersome. If we already have a sign in with Knitting Daily, we should have been able to use it.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one have problems with the download. Not real computer savy so was feeling kind of stupid. I got it this attempt and can't wait to start knitting the pattern. Thanks all for all the help!!

Hi Gibbym,

This hat is sized for a medium adult head.

So happy to have this gorgeous pattern< trying to learn lace and I need a hat for it is quite freezing in Vt! How would I downsize this to fit a baby?

Thanks so much!!

An easy way to downsize it for a baby's head is to use a thinner yarn. Swatch to calculate how much smaller it would be.

Re: click on green arrow to the right of PDF Horseshoe cap title. When the box pops up. Then try OPEN, instead of download to hard drive.

I also could not get the pattern by clicking on Download.  However, when I right-clicked on the download box, then clicked on Open, it came flying right to my computer.  Pattern looks like one I want to try - now.  Thanks to k-hay for the suggestion of right clicking on the box.

I had no problems accessing the pattern and can't wait to knit it up.  It looks like it should knit up well and not have any un-neccesary bunching at the top.
